I just recently had a little scared moment I found a dark spot on my head I went to go see Michael Conrad, Vanessa his nurse who is so very kind me to the back and the wait was not long I truly I always feel comfortable when I go there and I appreciate his service he takes the time listens to you acknowledge you he make sure that you understand everything he’s going to do step-by-step he did a biopsy on my head and I was terrified of needles Michael and Vanessa make me feel so comfortable I didn’t even feel it in my results came back sooner than I expected so thank you Urgent Care for having beautiful people like Michael Conrad and Vanessa who make you feel like part of the family when you pay Urgent Care a visit

I arrived at 908 on a Sunday morning and was on my way at 10:00 a.m. PA was thorough and efficient. and was able to diagnose the problem, and provide antibiotics I was feeling better the next day. Three days later, I got a call. This scared me because I have never gotten a call back from urgent care. It was the PA telling me that the cultures had come back and the antibiotic I was taking should do the trick....and how was I feeling? Wow! I don't get that kind of treatment with my primary care docs. Very impressed.
