My experience today (10-18) was perfectly fine and acceptable. From the time I arrived at the CVS Location to the time I obtained my Flu Shot and drove away - 15 minutes out of my day. I had no issues. Of course: I followed the directions. I arrived to the Store 10 minutes in advance; I was alert for text messages - which I received regarding status; I waited for and received my phone call from the NP; a CVS Customer Care Manager was there to walk me through the check-in procedures. I used my Insurance Card. I had no issues and was in and out with a Flu Shot in less than 10 minutes. No complaints; I appreciate the professionalism.

Quick processing time within 10 minutes of registering, 20 minute wait in room to get results and see the physicians assistant but over all more pleasant experience than waiting in an ER or doctors office. Now offers medical care portal for secure access of my visit and records on line. One stop shop get the prescription filled there too.
