Although I had an appointment, I still had to wait a half hour before my turn. I had to explain why I was there to 3 people: the MA, the intern, then the provider. My symptoms included cough, congestion, headache, sore throat. When I came 3 months earlier with similar symptoms, I was prescribed one medication for cough and another for congestion. This time I was not given any prescriptions. I would not have wasted my time if I knew I would not be given a prescription to relieve my symptoms.

Having bad back pains they got me in and out and sent me to another place for X-ray it would have been great if it was all in the same place but staff was nice didn't get a print out of visit and the bathroom was a little messy but overall they were good have follow up on Monday
