Everyone was fantastic. All the children's urgent cares were full so we took my son in for a persistent fever on advice of our pediatrician. We were in and out in 20 minutes and felt like we got excellent care.

Excellent Customer Service. Office Staff and Dr. staff was very friendly. I would recommend this Indigo office.

I slipped on the stairs in my apartment building and within a few hours, my ankle looked like a giant deformed water balloon. Made an appointment at the Indigo clinic by Wright Park. The staff was helpful and efficient. They took an xray right there.,  gave me a brace and I was on my way! It was efficient and easy peasy. I highly recommend this facility

I’ve been sick for weeks and finally took the plunge and got seen. I wanted a blood test and have notoriously bad veins, sometimes at other places I’ve gone the nurses don’t believe me when I say I’m tough to draw from, but here everyone believed me and took extra care to get a good draw!  Kristin (or Krista?) was EXCELLENT, she took her time and got it in the first poke (I have had experiences where it took 6 times to finally get a vein!!) I’m so appreciative of the care I received and will definitely go back to indigo next time I or my family require quick compassionate care.

The staff and providers are caring, listening, polite, and respectful.  Every single time I have received care from Indigo staff, I have felt heard and cared for.

The staff here are literally amazing. Literally to the front desk, medical assistance, technicians to the doctors are amazing. I honestly feel like if this was doctors office, I’d switch my medical care to this office of meeting because they were so professional and friendly. Keep up the good work guys

I went urgent care for my knee pain. Very intelligent staff with good health issues explain and help full . And counter assistance Very helpful with all staff doctor was very helpful

Scheduling was easy and was there early to check in but still had to wait. My visit was pretty quick. My appointment was at 3PM. I got there at 2:45 and I left at 4. Time spent with the provider was probably less than 10 minutes.

Staff were very friendly and professional.  Wait time was very minimal.  They scheduled appointment very quickly.  We definitely recommend this provider.

I walked into Indigo thinking I would have to wait without an appt. Well to my surprise, I got right in there. I mean I barely sat down and the called me back. I haven't had to wait to be seen, as many times that I have been there you would think I would have at least one disappointment... Nope, and today they had only one provider. I have been lucky when visiting Indigo urgent/multi care. The providers have always been caring and all other employees have been so pleasent. I recommend all that need medical attention to give them a try and I bet you come out of there with the same attitude as mine! Thank you Indigo employees for being so awesome! I will return!!

I feel bad because I do not remember her name but the doctor was a very nice. So kind towards the sensitive nature of the issue. Really appreciate her.

Awakened w a sore throat, pounding headache & cough. Think a fever too. Wonderful staff here. Felt very well taken care of. I would highly recommend them.

The front desk staff and nurse were super friendly and nice. The xray machine wasn't working at this facility, which they really should let the patient know before they make an appointment.. I was seen by a nurse practitioner, Kamaal I believe.  She seemed nice, however, she didn't seem too concerned and asked minimum questions. I don't feel like my concern was  fully addressed/resolved.  I should have just gone to my primary care instead of paying $100 copay only to be told, "just keep up with warm fluids and come back again if it gets worst", because it's just that easy to come back and pay another $100 copay again. I drove about 18 miles to get seen at this location because appointments at the clinic near me get booked super fast.. I mentioned that to the provider that I don't want to drive this far again just one day later..and I was told "try making an appointment a day before near you then" (because clearly, I didn't try that and chose to drive that far in snowy weather). Last time I was sick with this horrendous cough and phlegm, a provider at different location told me exactly the same that it's just a viral, only for me to end up at my primary care the next day who diagnosed me with pneumonia! I see a similar review here from another patient ending up with pneumonia because your provider here, misdiagnosed her.. I sure hope the nurse practitioner didn't miss anything.. I couldn't ask for x-ray anyway, since it wasn't working at this location. I did mention to her that last time with exact same thing, I was prescribed antibiotics and she brushed it off saying "it's just a viral".. Not sure how she decided on that when she didn't even do an xray.  I was not all satisfied with my treatment by this provider at this location. Multicare Indigo, you need to fix your mistakes and train your providers, instead of copy pasting the same response to all the low rating reviews. Looking at the reviews here, no wonder this location always has multiple appointments available as compare to other locations.

Needed a refill of a daily inhaler & RX Ibuprofen; got in immediately & was warmly greeted by everyone.. My Dachshund Delilah is also welcomed by Staff including Admin. Highly recommend for anyone needing Care.

I went to the Urgent Care Facility on my insurance providers website and it had closed the previous September. I went to the next one one the provider’s list 8 miles away. They were not open on weekends. I went into Indigo in my town thinking I would get turned away again. Their wait was too long; but they found an opening for me at another Indigo 3 miles away. They took me in right away. I was so relieved to get my very bad cough and sinusitis addressed. They were great!

I would 100% recommend this company to anyone wanting to check their health status. The process was incredibly easy and done through certified labs. The results are frequently back by the next day.
