I was called immediately after check-in (didn't even sit down). Everyone, from the receptionist to the medical personnel, was courteous and professional. I am not exaggerating -- I've never encountered a medical provider as cheerful and optimistic as the young woman who treated me today (and I've worked with a lot of them).
