I took my Dad there to get his ears cleaned, and they did all that could but one of his two ears had wax that was impacted. They actually did follow-up the next morning to try to get him into the nearest ENT doctor at the soonest available date & time, which was very important since he couldn't hear and hearing aids were not working.

He helped me immediately and found why I was sick. He gave me a treatment before I left and meds to help me get better.
