Front desk staff and MAs were great. The Doctor was not interested in helping. He asked maybe two questions and did not give any recommendations that were helpful. The visit was unfortunately a waste of my time and money.

I showed up 1 hr before my child's scheduled appt and they saw him early which I completely appreciate. The front staff and MA were very nice. The doctor that attended to my child was horrible. She was so rude. Didn't even greet me as she walked in, never said her name until I asked. I work in medical customer service and would never act the way she did. She made me feel like a bad mom for the infection that my child had and that it was my fault. Her exact works were, "how could you let this get like this". I didn't appreciate that and gave it right back to her. Towards the end of the appt. I feel like she tried to redeem herself and I was already over her at that point. I just wanted my child's prescription so I could get the hell outta there. I've been there plenty of times between the 4 kids I have and she has been the rudest thus far. Her name was Dr. Danielle.

Top to bottom, i could not have had a better experience with staff or facility. Professional, efficient, friendly. Thx to All!
