Pediatric urgent care near me in Arcadia, CA

The care was amazing from the guy who checked us in to Dr. Al, but the X-ray tech today telling my 5 year old to lie down and not move “or he will hold her head down” didn’t work for me. Being in the medical field, I can tell you that’s never ok. Especially with pediatrics who are already terrified. He was rude, unprofessional and must have forgotten he was dealing with a CHILD. I would give him a 1/5 and everyone else a 5/5.

In a word - wonderful! We love PM Pediatrics and were blown away by the staff's care and genuine concern for our child, beautiful office and convenient hours. There was barely a wait, too! I was really pleased with the care I received today.  I came in with what I thought might be an ear infection. Turns out, that was it.  Everything was explained clearly as well as the path we would take to resolve the issue.   Great job by everyone!  I would absolutely recommend this provider.
