DR, TAKANO TREATED ME FOR THE LARGE CUT IN MY LEG THAT I CUT WITH MY CHAIN SAW. SHE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. SHE WAS VERY POSITIVE AND ASSURED ME I WAS GOING TO BE ALRIGHT. SHE ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS AND MADE ME FEEL GOOD. WHEN SHE PUT IN THE MULTIPLE STITCHES I DID NOT FEEL A THING. SHE IS A GREAT DOCTOR. I AM VERY GRATEFUL TO HER AND HER POSITIVE ATTITUDE. I’ve been going to urgent care in Rialto, on Riverside Avenue for A couple years now and I decided to write my gratitude. I just recently had a little scared moment I found a dark spot on my head I went to go see Michael Conrad, Vanessa his nurse who is so very kind me to the back and the wait was not long I truly I always feel comfortable when I go there and I appreciate his service he takes the time listens to you acknowledge you he make sure that you understand everything he’s going to do step-by-step he did a biopsy on my head and I was terrified of needles Michael and Vanessa make me feel so comfortable I didn’t even feel it in my results came back sooner than I expected so thank you Urgent Care for having beautiful people like Michael Conrad and Vanessa who make you feel like part of the family when you pay Urgent Care a visit
