Jennifer the kind lady who checked me in was super sweet, put my mind at ease and also indulged in having my little one get her BP checked cuz she was soooo curious lol. She earns most of the stars in my review :) 3. The provider I met, Kellie was also easy to talk to and her experience showed well through her diagnosis. The in-clinic treatment provided definitely took away some of my pressing concern. 4. All in all, I’m happy I’ve found a good urgent care so close to home. I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Quest Lab Testing for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.
