I lost my hearing in my right ear after taking a shower. Went to my regular physician on Friday. Temporarily it was better and they told me to call an ear, nose and throat specialist to remove the wax but could not get an appointment until Monday. Friday and Saturday it was miserable. My husband suggested the urgent care. I am so happy that I went. It was a Sunday and I knew there might be a lot of people with other minor ailments. But they got to me as soon as they could and with a wonderful attitude. Laila was wonderful.

Visited today for a 4 month old injury showing very little improvement. My 1st Dr's visit elsewhere, dismissed me stating nothing is wrong and I will heal. And then I decided to try CareNow in Arvada. WOW! I received an amazing welcome and was continued through to meeting my P.A., LUCAS SPENCE. The Professionalism and Care was outstanding! We just had a great experience when my 7 year old needed a strep test. I called ahead and we were able to get in quickly. The wait time was minimal, but there was only one other patient at the time. The front office woman was incredibly friendly, the nurse was great with my son and the doctor was quick to see us and had a great bedside manner. We were in and out within 30 minutes.
