Came for a Covid test, had to wait in line outside in the cold for two hours just to put my name on a list. Luckily I was number 12 out of 25 so I was able to get tested with my niece and nephew. Other than the wait before the facility opened everything else went smoothly.

Everyhthing was positive & wonderful Staff was accommodating & friendly even considering how busy Riverdale Urgent Care was. The doctor was wonderful whole even having issues w/computers that were down!!! Very impressed Only little negative was such a large group of people who were sick including myself, had to wait...That was not the staffs fault.. It was ours for begin sick. .Covid creates that. Would recommend to anyone in the future!

It was quick to sign in but long wait to be seen was ridiculous. It’s supposed to be urgent care but it takes just as long as if you went to the the hospital. I literally was sitting there for two hrs before I was seen which I only went in there to get a PPD test for work done and that only takes less than 5mins to do

The wait time was awful. My daughter was sent home from school because of possible COVID-19 symptoms. We needed to get a negative test so she could return to school. My wife called and was told yes walk in only before 5pm. We arrived at 11:30 am and was told noon. Came back at noon and was told maybe 1pm they would start. Returned at 1, huge line. Took 2 hours until called in. I don’t know why they aren’t taking appointments for the testing or letting you register ahead of time. The care once in was spectacular, great RN and great PA! Please fix the front of the house staff.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The wait time was less than 10 minutes. However, I did not appreciate the moral lecture from the doctor after receiving a positive Covid test. In the future, please remind your doctors to keep the discussion about morality out of the exam room. I am responsible for my friends and family not of those who choose of their own free will to not get vaxxed or those who are unable to be vaxxed because of their health circumstances.

I chose to go to this urgent care because the staff are wonderful. When I was there a patient was acting absolutely obnoxious and disrespectful to one of the receptionists and the staff handled it so professionally. I don’t know the receptionists name but she made a great impression last time I was there too and is so very kind. All the staff are just wonderful and the place is very clean and they are very professional.

I really didn’t feel like my son was checked throughly. After a negative covid and strep test we were told it was viral. Never checked anything else. Very disappointed with the dr that day.

This is the third time I’ve been to Urgent Care in Derby. The people there are very courteous and helpful. It could not have been a better experience!

11-14-21 was the first time I had gone to urgent care and I would recommend it to everyone I know I wish I went there sooner I can't believe how nice the staff was and you're more knowledgeable then most hospitals are

First time using Riverside Urgent Care and I was very pleased. Wait time was estimated at 1 hour, which is to be expected at that type of facility, but surprisingly it was only 35 minutes. Staff and doctor were all very pleasant, friendly, thorough and took the time to explain everything in detail. I would definitely recommend and use them in the future!

They were exceptional. We were treated respectfully. The necessary paperwork was completed in a timely manner. We appreciated the expertise demonstrated by the test administrator and the gentleman Mark who described the results.

The facility was very clean. The staff was very friendly, comforting, and professional. Went for a rapid covid test was there about 45 minutes total, given my results before leaving.

Overall my experience was fine. However I feel that Kristin Hall PA was abrasive in telling me to put my mask back on while waiting for test results in the treatment room. I was sitting in a chair (not on the exam table) with my back to the wall that had the reminder sign on it. I felt like a school student being disciplined by the principal....she was mad!

Front desk personnel was friendly and knowledgeable. Wait time was a reasonable amount of time considering the amount of people waiting to be seen. Once called in, both my husband and I were explained what the covid test involved. We both were tested and put in a waiting room. We told our wait time would be approximately 15 minutes. It was longer than time quoted but again it was very busy. The doctor apologized for the added wait time and that it was exceptionally busy. The facility was clean and staff very pleasant. Would definitely return if necessary!!

Riverside is a great place to get last minute COVID Rapid tests without an appointment! All of the staff are always very friendly, I highly recommend them!
