I went in for a covid test and since my cell phone was broken they did accommodate me to come inside and were very thorough and polite made it very easy for me. I did the online checking and it was easy but lengthy I have insurance so cost was zero. Wait time was short. and check in in was easy. online booking was simple but lengthy yes, yes I would recommend them.

I’ve been to Mercy on a few occasions now for various reasons from sinus infection to sport injury and they have been nothing but kind and helpful for each visit. They’ve taken time with me and made certain I understood the directives. They even often call to follow up on treatment. I’d recommend them.

I am so delighted that Mercy Urgent Care is so near my home in Tryon. I went there today for the first time and was very pleased and comforted by the care and attention I received. The staff are professional, friendly and competent! We are so fortunate to have them nearby for Urgent Care needs.

2 hour wait for a work physical. Too long. Nurse was nice. Dr. In and out in 5 minutes.

I was very pleasantly surprised by the experience I had at Mercy Urgent Care in Columbus. Being new to the area and my past negative experiences at similar facilities I was a bit nervous about going anywhere. If I ever need urgent care again in the future I would not hesitate to go back to Mercy and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs their services. Everyone was very professional, respectful and friendly. 5 stars from me for sure!

I've had to use this urgent care over the past few years and always have a great experience. I don't think I have ever had a long wait and they have gone out of there way to turn lights down when I have had a migraine there.

I have no complaints everyone from the front desk staff, radiology tech medical assistant were all awesome.If you need Urgent Care this is the place to go.

All of the staff, nurse Patricia, Nurse Practitioner, Nan, and X-ray Tech, Dana, were extremely nice. Nan spent a lot of time with me and was very thorough. I was very pleased with Mercy Urgent Care and would recommend this Clinic.

This was my first time at Urgent Care in Columbus NC — I was more than pleased !!! Very impressed with quality of Care and especially compassion and questions answered without feeling rushed. Please keep up the good wiork!

Went in for a DOT physical. Treated very professionally and the staff was very prompt, polite, and obvious masters of their craft.

CDL physical. Staff was very nice, and took really good care of me. They got me in and out in a timely manner, and they are VERY good at what they do.

Everytime myself or my kids have visited the Mercy in Columbus NC, weve always had the same woman doctor. Each time, shes been the best doc ever. Shes polite, very well mannered, and cares alot for her patients. I get so happy when i see her walk in the room. Mercy is very lucky to have her. I highly recommend the office. Especially if shes working!

This was the second time I have been to this urgent care. Upon arrival the front receptionist was on a personal cell phone call and moved over to the window to complete her call before acknowledging my presence. Waited approximately 4-5 minutes for her to finish. I would expect there to be some sort of policy to prohibit this unless on a break. Otherwise visit was okay.

The doc that we saw was kind and very knowledgeable; and was great with my teenage son for his sports physical.

Very nice. Very good care. The reception staff is friendly and efficient. The nursing staff is kind, caring, and professional. The physician is attentive, a good listener, careful and thorough in her questioning, and professional and complete in her physical examination. Her diagnosis was well though out and clearly communicated to me both verbally and in writing. Her “bed-side manner” was attentive, caring, concerned, and kind, yet very professional. I highly recommend this skilled team of medical professionals.

I was in and out pretty quickly for my D.O.T physical, and the people there were very nice. I will be back next year, or if I were to need emergency care.
