Called in as soon as I arrived. Covid test performed and doctor came in with results in 15 minutes. Very efficient.

Doc I saw Friday was excellent. Did a thorough exam including ears , throat breathing. 3-4 tests. X-rays. Determined cause (pneumonia) . Prescribed meds and I feel 24x better today thx to her Doc I saw day before at same location did no exam, told me it’s my allergies and sent me on my way.

The RN was great. She was friendly, knowledgeable and gentle with the covid test.

Reservations for Covid rapid test completed along with visit from Dr for sinusitis. Best of outcomes for all symptoms. Highly recommended for quality results.

My experience was great! I did not have to wait long. The only problem that I have is that Prohealth does not accept my insurance United Healthcare Community Plan anymore so I had to pay $180 for a Covid test!

Great job all around!! Fortunately I don’t believe in “shooting the messenger “ (figuratively of course!) since I was given a positive Covid test result. Certainly not what anyone wants to hear. The staff was caring and supportive. They provided guidance and answered my questions. Everyone was wonderful. I could not possibly have been treated better. Thank you so much!!

The girls that work at the front desk are always so friendly and accommodating, and the doctor that came in to see us took so much time to explain everything about the virus!!! I came with my two daughters and our last name is Meltzer. I don’t remember the doctor‘s last name but she was such a doll And she gave us such a good explanation of the rapid test versus the PCR.

From reception to test to PA interview after - all top notch. I’d love to grab a beer with these people . . . that kinda’ friendly. (And important in this day and age & going forward - their systems (particularly sign in) were eloquently user friendly. I took a picture of my insurance card in the wrong orientation - before I could say “Damn” - the card was flipping on the screen before my eyes to be totally optimized.) one word description - smooth.
