Staff was extremely friendly and professional, despite a very large workload from walk-in patients. Another location may need to be added in Gig Harbor to alleviate the patient load. (Or, this might have just been a post-holiday surge on a Monday morning.). The wait time as a walk-in patient was long (several hours), but I WAS seen the same day.

I loved the fact that as a walk in, I could go home and be altered when it was time to come in. All the staff were wonderful from the front desk, to our intake to our visit with the PA. Everything was explained well and any questions we had were answered throughly. Would definitely recommend this clinic.

This is the best place to go for urgent care. You receive timely appointments, the staff are always friendly, they are knowledgeable, and respectful of your time. The ARNP was amazing, she showed care, compassion, and expertise! I felt very confident about my treatment plan!

The check in process for the walk in clinic was quick and simple. I waited in the lobby for only about 10 minutes. Once in the back the nurse was so kind and very personable! She listened and really wanted to understand what I had come in for! She offered advice to make the COVID text a little more bearable. It worked too! I then had to wait for the PA/DR. When she came in, she apologized for “my wait.” In reality it was all very quick. I came in for a test and came out with my results, for COVID and both strains of Influenza, in a very timely manner! The staff was courteous from start to finish! Thank you so much for the time and courtesy!

As a mom of young kids, I spend my fair share of time in clinics, all of which consistently meet my expectations. But our care at indigo on the evening of Dec. 8th was exceptional, truly exceeding all expectations for care and experience. Could I even say enjoyable!? The receptionist was friendly and prompt and our nurse was out of this world. She addressed my young son as her patient in a way that was understandable, appropriate, and comforting for him. The PA explained a clear and reasonable timeline for when to hear back from her and referred us to easily get our results online (so easy!).

This was such an awesome first experience with indigo. The wait process was awesome, the live waitlist and the text to come back made it so easy… waiting for 2 hours with an 18 month old is horrible. All the staff was amazing, so friendly. Facility very clean and the modern decor just makes it feel clean and professional. Will hopefully not be back, but if I ever need urgent care this will 100% be my first choice .

This was my first appointment with Indigo and I will now be making them my primary care. Next to no wait time, very friendly and knowledgeable staff. My doctor actually listened to my concerns and talked me through what to do. It’s clear that this staff actually cares about helping their patients. Especially for an urgent care, it has a great atmosphere. Also, I couldn’t help but notice how clean the facility was, I mean spotless. I’ve been to plenty of healthcare facilities, and this was by far the best I’ve had in years.

It was great to get a rapid Covid test in such a clean and close-to-home location. Shortly after we got home, we already knew the results! We did have to wait about an hour and a half for the test itself, which is a little rough with a cranky toddler, but we were a walk-in, so we were just glad to be able to make it work at all.

Indigo is a brand new urgent care facility in North Gig Harbor. It is an exceptional office. The staff was efficient and empathetic. They took care of my concerns in a professional but friendly manner. The physical plant is refreshing. Pristine and modern. I am a retired health care provider and was very impressed. I highly recommend them.

This was my first time visiting this location. Everyone I encountered was very pleasant. It was interesting to see their name badges identify them with hotel staff titles. Everything from an ambassador to a concierge. LOL. They were able to see me and take care of my needs rather quickly, considering how many people walked in to be seen this morning. If I need urgent care again, I would definitely co.e here.

The care was adequate however I was disappointed that ALL three walk ins at 8 am opening were taken before myself with an 8 am appointment and before the lady next to me who had an 8:15 appointment. Why do you bother offering scheduled appointments if you do not honor them?

I got there too early. The Solv app does not work. I had to re-enter all my information every single time to check where I was on the list for service. Once inside the young man who met us at the door and performed the blood pressure, heat rate etc. was fantastic, as was the doctor on call who checked our respiration etc. Both were knowledgeable, kind, competent and fast. We took the test to comply with reduced isolation/ quarantine. It was a Vacation re-entry Covid test.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Was there for only 40 minutes and had Covid test and chest X-rays. Facility was very clean. Will come back to this location even though I live in Lakewood. Tacoma appointments were booked up for that day so I’m happy I ended up in Olympia.

Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care is my favorite urgent care to go to. Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. I highly recommend Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care

Easy check in, Quick wait, In N out Within an hour only because on I need blood work drawn. And my veins weren't given blood today. I just said no, but that's O k, usually it's less than 30 minutes in and out. Cut my paperwork supposed to go to a different clinic. So I can get scans done. And the one of the clinics that they recommended. I've already been to which is nice easy and convenient. And they told me that within 1 to 3 days. I should have results. MultiCare Indigo Urgent Care, Stadium - 632 Division Ave

I hesitated all week about going to my local indigo, but with everyone in the household sick, I knew I couldn’t put it off any longer. Taking two kids under three along made it even more daunting. Without an appointment, I opted for a walk-in and was the second person through the door. Surprisingly, I was seen within 5 to 7 minutes of opening. The staff was friendly, the place was spotless, and they were especially kind to my kids. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant experience. I’d definitely recommend it and will likely be back sooner than later, given how toddlers tend to pick up every germ in sight. Stay well! And thanks again indigo star!! ⭐️
