When I got to AppleCare my wait time was a little longer than I expected, but you got to understand that with what’s going on with this Covid. I’ll be nice this time about the front staff maybe they where having a bad day. When I got to the back I couldn’t breathe through my nose due to my sinuses. When I tell you that I had the best group of people wait on me when I finally got in. Omg they explained everything what was going on step by step. Whenever they got ready to do anything they came in my room and explained everything unlike most places. My blood pressure was also very, very, high they were very concerned that. And after everything was done they made sure my blood was low before I left. They made me feel like they really cared about me and that’s what it’s all about. When I got home and told my husband how wonderful they were he said “I had the same people about 2 months ago when I went and they treated me the same way”. So thank you BRANDON, CHANTEL and JORDAN for everything you done for my husband and I it will never go unnoticed I’ve being bragging about you guys all night people. It’s because of wonderful people like you that will make people love and want to come back to visit AppleCare.

I was having problems with my sinuses. The video appt worked well because the problem I had was not urgent. I just knew I needed stronger meds than what I was taking. The PA Lady that helped me understood what I was saying and listened carefully to what I said about the meds I had already taken. She took note of and everything, asked me some questions, made the diagnosis, told me what she was prescribing for my problem. It was a great experience. I liked being seen by a doctor via telecast, particularly during these times. I was taken care of. Thank you PS: I will tell others about this method for seeing the doctor.

I went in to have a COVID & flu test. Thankfully, both were negative. SHANIA was the Medical Tech and she was very kind, as I was terrified I might have COVID (again), after having it last year. KATHERINE diagnosed me with a sinus infection & was very considerate. The front desk lady was very nice as well. This is a great place! Highly recommended! 5*****

Definitely recommend this Physicians Care. Quick, efficient, and thorough exam by Dr Taylor; The staff was friendly, especially nurse “Cat”… willing to help all they could. Prescriptions were quickly called into pharmacy and hopefully will clear up my sinus infection so I can get to feeling better.

Dr. Oshikoya was kind and expressed concern. He listened to me explain my symptoms, and was aware of my on going medical condition. In which he consulted with me prior to prescribing something to treat my sinus infection.

I was seen virtually, charged $299, and nothing. I think I have a visit at the office at 3 but not sure. I have sinus issues and was not taken care of.
