My sister got covid unfortunately while we were traveling to Chicago. We called the closest urgent care at about 12:40 pm, which happened to be Aayu in Wicker Park. They said they could see her before 1 pm. She wasn't in the clinic long to get a test to confirm if she had it, and they expedited the test and emailed her by 3 pm to say she had it. Then they expedited a paxlovid prescription right up the street that she was able to pick up quickly. By 5 pm she was quarantined completely, and she was better already a few days later. Thank you SO MUCH, Aayu, for taking such good care of my sister. I know her long-term health and immediate outcome are both better for having been there. I appreciate you and your efficiency of care so much! I will recommend you to anybody and everybody in that area.

Courteous staff from receptionist to medical personnel. Short wait time in the lobby, though that will probably vary in flu season. Medical attention was prompt, thorough, and effective. For me, an excellent first experience at this clinic.
