His skill in using the EKG machine and drawing blood was notable, performing both procedures with such precision and care that my mother felt entirely at ease and secure throughout the process. His ability to communicate clearly and explain each step of the procedure, his patience, and his dedication to my mother's comfort were truly impressive. Outstanding service at the Erie location yesterday. The staff are highly efficient, very personable and professional. Their fees were much lower than I anticipated. They make my regular GP's office look inept. I would definitely use them again.
