It's possible those who gave it negative reviews came on a day when the staff had lots of entitled Karens to deal with. (Which seems to be the case in my experience.) Yes, the wait time was long for me as well. The alternative is sitting in the ER which is notorious for much longer wait times. Urgent care is a more affordable option co-pays wise as well. Once I was seen, I was in & out in less than 20 minutes; this included having a prescription called in to a local pharmacy. I applaud the staff here as they work long hours and make sure everyone is seen before going home for the night. I love the online check-in option as well.
