I had positive care myself, but as my wife was waiting for me, she was telling me of a very disheartening experience at your facility. A gentleman came in asking for a nurse, as he felt his wife was having a stroke. The girl at the desk instructed him to go to the kiosk and enter all necessary information. She did ask the man for his wife's name. I felt there was no compassion at all for this man, who evidently was in turmoil.
