2020 has been a trying year for everyone! This year my health went from great to poor. Dalewood has been there with me every step of the way. From meds, clinic visits and even televisits. Anytime I need a refil they are always there calling it in and making sure I get it right away. The staff has always been friendly and answers all questions. They make sure they explain in depth. Wonderful experience. Dr. Rudy has the best bedside manner that I have experienced in years. I came in worried and afraid and he was so comforting yet professional. I would definitely recommend him if you are looking for a primary doctor!

I just had my first Urgent Care experience ever with Dr. Rasha Saleem at this facility. I am not a fan of the video chat method when employed for doctor visits, but we are all doing what we need to do amid COVID-19. I give high praise to Dr. Saleem. She listened to my concerns, addressed them and gave advice regarding alternate methods of relief. She was patient and kind and wished me well and continued good health once my current issues are resolved. I would not hesitate to return to her or to recommend her to anyone in need of urgent care.
