The office staff were friendly and professional. The office is in a great location with easy access, and the environment was very clean. They accepted my insurance without any issues. The doctor was kind, patient, and took the time to answer all my questions. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would highly recommend this office. Unfortunately, the app does not allow patients to send messages directly to the doctor.

I have been to this facility a few times when I have had to take my child in times when her Pediatrician was away. They have taken care of her and even given me a referral so that I may take her to a specialist to further evaluate her. It's not very far from my home at all. I'm glad they are also available after my child gets out of school, since her pediatrican's last appt. is at 3:30, I have time to go to Metro-UrgiCare and feel reassured.

Very pleasant and helpful front desk staff. (Leanne) Well organized and clean office.  APRN, Michelle Tolbert was friendly, reassuring and efficient, prescribing medication for my allergic reaction to an insect bite.  Would definitely recommend this office, for walk-in or primary care.
