I had a allergic reaction and my top lip was really swollen. My experience was great, from check in to speaking with the nurse. I felt the nurse was a straight shooter as if I was talking to a friend. The lady who checked me in after I showed her my lips because I had my mask on, she was prepared once the nurse was done speaking with me. I really appreciate the both of them and I am doing better. We visited this location twice so far, and unfortunately both experiences involved very long wait times. Each visit required over an hour in the waiting area, followed by another hour in the exam room before seeing a doctor. The staff were courteous and the care itself was very good once we were seen, but the extended delays were difficult, especially with a young child. Improved communication around wait times or better scheduling would greatly improve the
