This is the first place I actually liked everything was very clean people were friendly. Mostly loved how the nurses cleaned up and sanitizer before I entered the exam room. I really appreciated because it makes me feel safe and I know the person after will be safe as well! You guys are doing great! Keep up the good work! I went for a sore throat, and was seen almost immediately. That was awesome. Nurses were great, provider however was an asshole. She was judgemental, lacked empathy and bedside manner. I've had the sore throat for 2 weeks. I was initially seen at a different site, and was told I didn't need antibiotics only supportive care. After 2 weeks of same symptoms plus pain, I decided to be seen again, elsewhere (here). She made it seem like I was the asshole for being sick for 2 weeks. I will NEVER return to this facility. To add, I have private Healthcare coverage through a well-known carrier.

I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.

I highly recommend for anyone thinking of getting tested. From start to finish the whole process was hassle free and and very professional. I had my results very quickly and discreetly couldn't be happier with the service.
