Joan is the only one i found that is a nice young lady very polite explains briefly, carefully also listens very well with complete details also is very patience specially with old patient like us; the clinic need more like her. I appreciate all of her help to me i can see that she is the only one working hard when i went to office the other two r just chitchatting and loud
