Went to Live several days ago. The care on that day was exceptional - the best medical care I have ever received. Coming in today, it was a mirror image of my original experience. I felt self-conscious about presenting a few days later considering my own anxiety about over utilizing healthcare when it is unnecessary  - their demeanor made me feel incredibly comfortable and like I made the right choice (which is so refreshing and special). Every clinician was exceptionally kind, thoughtful, and thorough. Thank you so much for the care you provided!

Scheduled with ease online. They had an opening within 10 mins, took that appointment. Upon arrival was greeted by front office staff who kindly checked me in. Was sitting for not even a minute before being called back by the medical assistant who was also kind and took all my vitals. The Dr. came in with a wonderful professional demeanor and great bedside manner. He answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. I would definitely recommend this office for your urgent health care needs!

The front desk, and check in staff were wonderful. I wouldn't recommend anyone choosing a doctor at this facility!!! None of the doctors at this facility knows how to be descriptive when writing a referral. Had me waste my time, and bus fare because they didn't add what the ultrasound was for when writing the referral. SMH

Anytime I can’t get into see my primary Dr when I need to see her I  go to your urgent care. I never make an appointment because I don’t drive so it’s easier for me to just walk in. I sign in and wait about 10-15 min. I’m usually out with in the hour. The staff is friendly and the doctors actually listen to you. That’s very important to me.  Thank you

I made an appointment online and was able to get an appointment quickly. I did not wait and was greeted kindly. The nurse practitioner that saw me took time with me and sent a prescription to my pharmacy immediately. She told me to get back to her if I wasnt doing better or had any questions. Way better than going to my family practitioners where I was told I couldn’t be seen until July 15th for a sick appointment. Highly recommend Carbon Health in Jenkintown.
