Set up a last minute appt have covid testing since I wasn't feeling well. The staff came out quickly and administered the test quickly. Waited 15 minutes with a negative result. Now just waiting on my email with further results from the lab. Definitely would recommend.

Have been feeling sick with sore throat and went to my favorite health care place in Ann Arbor to get it looked at. The entire staff is super kind and I’m always helpful. I feel listened to and not crazy. I can’t believe I enjoy going to urgent care but this is that place for me! The staff make it incredible with their all around care! And check in is easy

I had been struggling with a bad cough and sinusitis and I was able to get in right away, within 15 minutes, and the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly, and the Doctor gave great care and gave an accurate diagnosis with meds to help get me better asap.  Very happy with the patient care from Doctor and medical staff! I would recommend this provider.

I came in because of itching of upper body. I thought I was having an allergic reaction, the provider saw me for less than 5 minutes and gave me a medical diagnosis of yeast and prescription Nystatin. I felt that that was wrong so I went to my allergist and asked could she see me, she said I had it an infection on my back so she gave me told me not to use the Nystatin and gave me antibiotics steroids and some steroid cream for the inflammation. I had to paid the urgent care $45 for the visit office, then they charge my insurance $400 plus dollars but they didn't help me. I will add, I usually have decent service from this location, but not this time.

His was a very professional place. From the waiting room to the staff & the doctor it was all very nice. Would definitely recommend to all. No long wait either

Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.

After receiving my results, I called Quest Lab Testing and discussed the results with a consultation. This consultation filled in my knowledge gaps and made me more aware of my particular situation.
