The NP was ok But the medical assistant inserted the needle too deep in my veins or either the needle was too big l bleed a lot after she took out the needle the blood was so much it’s dripping into my white pans, at my age that was the first time that happening to me l think she needs more training in that level.

Overnight I came down with some serious symptoms that had me very worried. I went to urgent care first thing in the morning and was thrilled to find I didn’t have to wait much at all. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and professional. The healthcare provider who I saw was thorough, kind, reassuring, and made sure I had time to ask questions and understood everything I needed to know. I was so relieved at the end of my appointment. I went first appointment in the am for preop testing  I was called in and quickly given all tests  They said would be sent to my doctor . I had to call three times as they never sent the test results as indicated. The follow up was poor I called after being left a message to call the doctor to call me with results I called three times and was never called
