I had a tough time using my cell phone because of my age. The person at the front desk was terrific helped me quite a bit. Had a couple staples removed on my head. Both people in the back were fantastic.

Everyone in the office was so nice and so kind and I was grouchy, but was nice back to me anyway.  The doctor was very kind and very efficient and she explained everything to me and we had a nice little chat while she was removing my stitches. The next time I need Urgent Care I will come to this Urgent Care office.  My only complaint is that the form that you’re supposed to fill out before you come in which was on my phone. I couldn’t get it to work so I did it when I got there but thank you. You do it on paper. Most places won’t even take paper anymore, so that was a lot better for me.  It was easy to make the appointment online. I just chose the time I wanted to come in and that was easy. Took about two minutes.

I went through the walk in. It was very easy. I was in and out of there within maybe 20 minutes. I was ordered medication and hopefully I’ll be feeling much better in a couple of days! I would definitely recommend their services.

The Nurse Practitioner, Emanuela, was wonderful, caring and professional.

Everybody was super friendly and accommodating. Excellent service.

I had an issue that happened after my dentist closed and needed care and Docs was open. Upon arrival I was greeted in a friendly manner and was assured that I would receive care. The front desk staff were so attentive and helpful with one staff member helping me check in with patience and care. I was seen promptly and my exam was compassionate and thorough. I highly recommend this facility and team.

I booked an online appointment , (so easy,) an was met by a very friendly staff. Waiting time we non existent and the care was very thorough and efficient. The doctor was concerned and checked everything , I felt I was in very caring hands. Thank you so much, I went home very impressed and very happy that I took myself to Urgent Care. That will be my first go to for help from now on. .

Dr. Boguslawia was great! She took the time to listen to what was going on and made some suggestions of what the next plan is going to be. I would recommend her to other patients as well.
