I have been to this facility a few times when I have had to take my child in times when her Pediatrician was away. They have taken care of her and even given me a referral so that I may take her to a specialist to further evaluate her. It's not very far from my home at all. I'm glad they are also available after my child gets out of school, since her pediatrican's last appt. is at 3:30, I have time to go to Metro-UrgiCare and feel reassured.

This is my first time using Solv. The physician and staff were very friendly and understanding my needs. Very clean facility also. My wait time was no more than 15 minutes.

Great experience. No appointment and a very short wait. Staff was very nice and the check in process was done on my phone while I waited. I would use this facility again.

Well, to be honest I was a bit disappointed. I went online to search for a "podiatrist" for a same day, or next day appointment. Using my zip code, I searched for locations in which to see a podiatrist the same day...... Your location, which is just within three or four blocks from my home, came up. Bottom line is, I anticipated, and expected to see a board certified podiatrist... A doctor who "specializes in foot care!"

This was our first time we had visited this place. My teenage girl received an excellent care. Her case was carefully assessed and taken care of. We didn’t feel rushed and everyone in this practice was polite, helpful and professional. The late hours are really blessings in the area.

It was a good experience, I waited for 5 mins once I complete my intake form. The team was friendly and efficient! The Doctor was welcoming and friendly he answered my questions and handled me with great care. They was able to use my insurance which was good.

Had a hard time making an appointment… most likely a result of high volume illness and New Years Eve/Day. Check in  easy Staff friendly, helpful

Nurse Practitioner and her assistant were courteous and paid attention to my symptoms. I have been at the New Rochelle urgent care before and satisfied enough for a return visit.

I needed a paper that said I had covid for work and I got it in less than 10 minutes. The doctors were great.
