I arrived early for my appointment and was told to wait a bit and they would accommodate me. The tech was both registering patients and doing the blood draws. She was very methodical and completed all the patients in a timely manner. No one waited more than fifteen or twenty minutes.

I absolutely love Paula!! She is the best when it comes to phlebotomy! Every time I have gone to the Port St. Lucie Bioreference Lab, she has been so patient, helpful, and truly takes her time to truly understand each person and their specific situation.
