I was greeted immediately upon entry and guided through the check in process. The doctor and nurse were very professional and friendly, providing the information I needed on next steps and what symptoms I should watch for. I'm very glad Fast Track is in Kensington and able to treat acute injuries with kindness and care.

The nurse was friendly but not at all gentle in swabbing my nose for the pcr test. I let her know how much she was hurting me and I know it could have been done to the same effect a lot more gently. She also told me it would take 2-3 days to get pcr results. I was led to believe otherwise from your web site and the doctor who was very friendly came in after and said we should have it probably 24 hours.

I needed to be seen late in the evening and was able to get an appointment almost immediately. There was little wait time, staff was verry pleasant and efficient and I saw the doctor right away. It was an excellent experience and I would use this urgent care again-highly recommended!

Dr. “ Jersey Girl” Pagano was OUTSTANDING 😎. Suggestion - check your computer appointment confirmation notice. Had a 1:30 PM appointment via your computer system and arrived early to find that the office was closed for lunch and will reopen at 2:00 PM. You have a pen pail marked “ DIRTY”. I was in and out in no time. It’s a fairly new facility. The family nurse practitioner, Emelda, was wonderful. Great bedside manner. Offered options for treatment that she explained very well as to the pros and cons of each. If you live or work in the neighborhood, this is the place to go.
