It’s not like your regular doctors office they are urgent care Some staff members are friendly, some are not. This is a field in which you must have compassion or get another job! I do believe some doctors lack medical training and are not sure or misdiagnose your condition Always revisit your PCP

Scheduling was a breeze...with quik check in, payment and was waiting only 2-3 minutes in waiting room. Staff was efficient, friendly and made sure I as back out the door quickly. Great experience..2nd time in 2 weeks that I chose AFC instead of my primary. Much easier to schedule, be seen and be back out the door, without wait times and double/triple bookings at primary's office.

Had some lingering effects from a fall that left swelling in my leg and wanted to be sure that it was healing properly. I made an appointment, got in the same day, was x-rayed quickly. Impressed with the friendly staff and kindness shown to me. Definitely recommend.

Made a same-day appointment. Staff was professional, kind, and efficient. Saw one of the PAs, he had me diagnosed, prescriptions sent to my pharmacy and I was on my way home with a follow up appointment later in the week. Very organized, well run establishment.

Today is the first time I learned about Carbon Health when it was recommended to me by the local CVS. Everything about my visit today was excellent! They are definitely my new urgent care center and I plan on telling my friends and family all about my pleasant experience there this morning.

My visit at urgent care in Narberth was good. The doctor took time with me and explained everything to me. The young medical tech was excellent! He was efficient and friendly. This is my second time visiting the clinic and I would return.

The staff was very helpful and answered all questions.

I thought I broke my wrist and I got an x-ray here and the nurse practitioner explained to me exactly what the process was and she gave me her opinion about whether she noticed a fracture and I got a call back within two hours and got the full results of the x-ray. I only waited for about two minutes before I was taken back to the room and I was out of there within 40 minutes. Very efficient!
