My experience at this clinic was mediocre. I had an appointment so my wait time was a few minutes before I was seen when I walked into the exam room, I noticed that the computer monitor was on and displayed my full chart for anyone that could walk by. This really bothers me because that’s my protected health information on full display. And I know, for a fact that MultiCare has a policy for staff to lock the computer when you leave the room in order to protect PHI, and that clearly was not done. The provider who saw me was overall very flat. Was he nice? Sure. But I did not feel heard during my visit. His tone of voice was very flat and disinterested, he hardly made eye contact with me, which made me feel like my reason for coming was not important. I was telling him why I was coming in and my concerns and he wasn’t even looking at me!  I probably won’t return to this clinic.

The staff did a great job getting me in for my scheduled appt. Very professional! I drove an extra 20 min to get to them, after looking at online reviews. They did not disappoint!

I LOVED my first visit with Dr.Sarah Phillips.She is an amazing and sweet person to get along with especially for myself as a new patient.I will recommend her to any of my friends and families.The whole staff in the clinic along with the receptionist are tremendously amazing.

It was so nice to be able to schedule an appointment and not have to sit and wait to be seen when not feeling well. All the staff were empathetic to my concerns and provided the care that I needed.

Was coughing quite a bit and decided to go in for a COVID Test. I was a walk-in and only waited about 1/2 hour before I was seen. The test was negative. The staff and doctor was very friendly, professional and took care of all of my needs.

This is on a Saturday, I had very badly infected thumb with great pain I had been awake most of the night and was exhausted when I arrived I was greeted by a extremely friendly and professional medical staff. There was a wait time,but I was told that I could go home and they would text me when it time for my appointment and I could return. I was able to go home and rest. I was texted a about 2hrs later, when I arrived back again I was seeing the Doctor after a less than 10min wait . He was calm and professional and friendly, he was able to diagnosis my problem with my thumb and set a course of treatment. This was a positive experience, the fact that I was able to go home and return making the wait time seem considerably less was a bonus. Great staff Great experience.

Scheduling was easy, and check in fast. The Staff and PA who saw and treated me today was wonderful. I highly recommend this Urgent Care.

Care was exceptional ! Got right in and was treated to hot tea and lemon! Everyone was delightful and caring! They diagnosed me quickly and was back home I ! They explained and were attentive to my questions. Will not hestitate next time to go earlier and get some help! Spent hours waiting for primary healthcare to respond! I was able to choose a Labcorp location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.
