The wait time was short, the office personnel were great and the initial technician was kind, compassionate and friendly. The Doctor on duty at that site was simply fantastic, understood my problem immediately and set up a immediate referral to St. Joseph hospital emergency room services as suspected appendicitis. Her referral to the hospital made my service in the emergency room quick, professional and compassionate. Within an hour of being in the emergency room, I was diagnosed through a CT Scan of having a ruptured appendix and immediately scheduled for emergency surgery. The Doctor on site at the Water’s Ave. site in Tampa saved me from having serious complications and helped me greatly understand what had happened and how serious it really was. There is simply no way to thank her enough.

The staff at this location has always done a good job of drawing blood, especially Susan. I always make a reservation, and I’ve never had to wait more than 10 minutes past my reservation time. Staff is both professional and friendly, which is not a combination of behaviors that is easy to accomplish.
