Had a hard time making an appointment… most likely a result of high volume illness and New Years Eve/Day. Check in  easy Staff friendly, helpful

The staff and the doctor were all extremely professional and attentive to my needs.

Nurse Practitioner and her assistant were courteous and paid attention to my symptoms. I have been at the New Rochelle urgent care before and satisfied enough for a return visit.

The PA was excellent and thorough. He was evidence based, professional and explained his thought process.

Will not write about my experience other than the fact that the receptionist  young lady that checked me in and took my vitals was excellent. Do not want to share what followed.

Had a drug test scheduling was pretty easy check-in was super helpful friendly staff and very clean environment. Definitely recommended.

An excellent visit, but what impressed me the most was the professionalism of medical staff. The blood test was done accurately with very little pain. Last time I had a blood test (another place), they couldn't find a vein (and blamed me), then they jabbed me many times. I had big bruises and pain for months. What a difference going somewhere they know what they're doing

Had an ear issue. Was seen quickly. The doctor was very thorough, explained things in detail and explored options for my treatment with me.

They are very fast and nice with the customer and they have been a lot and they so kind with the patient

From the front office staff, the nurse, and the Nurse Practitioner, I have the utmost respect, and am grateful for you. I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Labcorp for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.
