The staff at this Indigo Urgent Care are always so friendly and listen to all of my concerns. I’m autistic and can have a lot of difficulties going to the doctor, especially when it’s urgent so it’s nice to have a friendly/safer place to count on when unforeseen circumstances arise. I was helped by an RN or ARNP training today, I think her name was Lindsay Grahan. She did a great job and I’m very thankful for her help/support.

Staff did not seem to care at all about resolving my issue.  Issue Sore throat for 2 weeks cant even sleep some nights because of the pain. they did a quick 10-15 minute step throat test and the quick one came back negative.  Asked what I wanted to do next.  I don’t know is a 97% accurate test the only thing that can be done?  That means for  every 100 patients three will be 3 diagnosed negative for strep throat when they have it.  I told them do the culture.  They kept asking me what I wanted to do.  I don’t know. I’m not the doctor.  I didn’t  know I was running the clinic. Scheduling was easy. Caring about trying to fix my issue was non existent.   Dr. didn’t even look in my throat until  to the very end when I asked her to. I’d think that is step one when I showed up is to actually see if they could see an issue.  Very lazy care. Front desk lady was awesome.

The first person i spoke to to get checked in was somewhat rude in the sense that it seemed like she didn’t believe me. however when it was time to be seen by the dr and finish check in, the medical assistant was amazing in that process. the medical assistant with the brown hair is great. the dr was amazing as well and made me feel heard.

I had been coughing up phlegm an awful lot, and my temperature was starting to go up, so I made an Appointment through Solv.  Most of the appointment Choices were for the next day. The only choice for the same day was at Point Ruston Urgent Care Center.  When I arrived there, the staff was very friendly, and my care provider really listen to my concerns - thankfully. I would highly recommend going to Point Reston Urgent Care Center again.

Scheduled the appointment 24hrs ahead. Was feeling really miserable. Unless someone else is critical, I thought appts were supposed to be honored ahead of walk-ins. I had to wait 45 minutes to be seen. Everyone was very nice, I just felt I should have been seen in a more timely fashion.

Staff was great and very empathetic to the pain I was in. They explained the treatment options well.

First time visiting this clinic, was a long time patient of Dr Adatia and felt at ease when I met Dr. Phillips. She was very easy to talk to,  very knowledgeable, very pleasant and has a great bedside manner! I don’t feel as though anything was missed in changing physicians.

Requested support for two issues, and they heard and documented it.  I told the front desk and the check-in nurse about the two issues, but the doctor only addressed one issue.   The time they allotted for support was very short for an 8 Am check-in.  I assume 30 min but doctor time was around 10 min or less I’m going on an international trip in 7 days and wanted to ensure my primary illness was addressed.  I asked questions, and the doctor said, “You have three minutes.”   I didn't get all my questions addressed and had to ask the nurse, who felt it was important and asked.   I don't know why they ignored my other issue when I addressed it twice to two staff.  I will still go back and use their services.
