y friend told me to look for Joan because they say she is very helpful. When i came in the office i look for her right away. I waited for her to assist me so i can introduce me. I'm so glad that there is a filipina in front desk now No more having a hard time talking with two other rude front desk! especially the white girl who does not have respect to older patients. Joan is the only one i found that is a nice young lady very polite explains briefly, carefully also listens very well with complete details also is very patience specially with old patient like us; the clinic need more like her.
