As a walk-in: Long wait time which was expected due to the number of providers vs the number of patients. The waiting room was full. The waiting room was clean, and snacks and water were available. There were picnic tables outside to wait.

My biggest concern is having patients wait together in the waiting room. Even with masks, being in a small, enclosed, uncirculated space seems like a breeding ground for Covid—especially when the place is a doctor’s office. I’d personally prefer patients wait outside spaced apart of that the door at least be propped open to circulate air better.
