Great staff, no wait time, and got results back quickly. I couldn’t do all of what I wanted to do done though, as I was past the time I could do it in.

My7 yr old grandaughter stepped on a thick rusty nail they immediately got us back Alexus was great with making her feel comfortable and almost made it fun for her.. the while staff was friendly and professional from front desk to nursing staff and PA .only thing I updated her pharmacy info due to a new residence - script got called into incorrect pharmacy which took us a bit to figure out , and a longer drive to pick up.

Staff was extremely friendly, had a slight wait due to other appointments coming in but staff was very apologetic while still providing great care! Had a slight issue with the pharmacy the prescription was sent to and staff was quick to resend to another to make sure we could get it asap. Thank you!!

Medical team was very efficient and professional. The provider did a great job of discussing and explaining all issues we came in for and had her tested. Prescription was ordered and we were on our way with a plan for recovery.

Good experience, but wished that something like discharge paperwork was provided that listed diagnosis, at home care, and medications/prescriptions sent to the pharmacy so that I could have a record of it. It’s what I’ve received at the urgent care facility I take myself to each time I leave.

Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience at this location. The pediatrician/NP was great and I have no complaints about the medical provider, but the front desk staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. There was absolutely no courtesy or respect in the way we were spoken to. As parents bringing in our children, we should not be made to feel like we are an inconvenience or be talked to like we're garbage. I especially had a poor experience with the woman at the front desk who wears glasses. The customer service was unacceptable. We also accidentally left a pair of glasses behind, and instead of the situation being handled professionally, it added to an already frustrating experience. I would recommend going to the Fredericksburg location or another Little Spurs location instead. The medical provider here was good, but unfortunately the front desk experience was enough that I would not return to this location because that front staff is absolutely so rude. Wasn’t to happy with provider she kept telling my daughter to look straight like it mattered when she was just listening to her lungs?! Didn’t see why that mattered . And kept saying sit up straight. As if she didn’t feel good already and she came in being bossy. That’s not what I went in for.other staff was nice and friendly.

I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.

I highly recommend for anyone thinking of getting tested. From start to finish the whole process was hassle free and and very professional. I had my results very quickly and discreetly couldn't be happier with the service.

I was very surprised with my experience here. My appointment was made very quickly. I was seen in a very short period of time. My test results came back in a very timely manner. I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here. I definitely recommend using them for any issues you have or any questions you may have.

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Quest Lab Testing for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.
