I was referred to you by Medicare. They gave me the name of Gardens Urgent Care, and apparently the name is now Helix. Scheduled the appointment online and it showed me the address of 3555 Northlake Blvd, and apparently you have moved. Drove in circles for awhile until I finally called the number and she directed me to your current location. Got there 15 minutes late due to the incorrect  information. The receptionist was helpful but was sick and coughing and sniffling. I did not come here to get sick! Other than that I was seen quickly, the PA was very nice and the rest was a good experience. Maybe update your new location with Medicare as well as your website?

We were here on vacation and my son’s woke up with his ear was plugged up. I was able to book an appointment for him to be seen within a hours. The entire experience was smooth and easy. The office was very clean and the staff were friendly and professional.

This was my first time using Helix Urgent Care. It was very easy to book an appointment online and the waiting time was short. The staff was friendly and kind, and the facility was clean and nice. I definitely recommend this place.

Other than very long wait time, everything was smooth. Online appointment I think was useless since u still have to wait minimum of 1 hr. Checking in was fast, staff was friendly. The place was clean.
