I was able to get an appointment on the same day with almost no wait time.  The staff were very friendly and the facility was clean and comfortable.

Easy getting an appointment, wait time was minimal, staff very friendly and helpful. Overall a great visit. And there was after visit follow up call to see how I was feeling. Much appreciated.

Staff did not seem to care at all about resolving my issue.  Issue Sore throat for 2 weeks cant even sleep some nights because of the pain. they did a quick 10-15 minute step throat test and the quick one came back negative.  Asked what I wanted to do next.  I don’t know is a 97% accurate test the only thing that can be done?  That means for  every 100 patients three will be 3 diagnosed negative for strep throat when they have it.  I told them do the culture.  They kept asking me what I wanted to do.  I don’t know. I’m not the doctor.  I didn’t  know I was running the clinic. Scheduling was easy. Caring about trying to fix my issue was non existent.   Dr. didn’t even look in my throat until  to the very end when I asked her to. I’d think that is step one when I showed up is to actually see if they could see an issue.  Very lazy care. Front desk lady was awesome.

Had an intense ear ache and needed to be seen asap. I was able to schedule an in-person appointment without delay. A virtual was also available if preferred. I appreciated having that option as well. I was seen quickly and got the treatment and meds same day. I'm feeling much better already!

Waited an hour to see provider everything else about clinic was great!

Came in with a pretty awful gouge in my shin.  Staff was kind, patient and gentle as they cleaned up and stitched my wound.  Was so happy I went to indigo vs the ER.  Got right in and was well cared for.  Returned to get stitches removed and had an equally good experience despite the reason for being there.

Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care is my favorite urgent care to go to. Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. Had an inflamed left foot and was looked at by the doctor in a very reasonable amount of time.

I really love the staff here. They make you feel cared for and important.  Michelle was our MA and was especially helpful. If there is anything I don’t like is the wait. Appt. was 4 pm, came in at 3:30 because we were able to. Got into a room at 4:40, and left at 5 pm. These guys are working to get people in as soon as possible-I saw that. I guess it’s the nature of the urgent care, as more urgent needs come in and they need to be seen right and then. All this said, even still, I would highly recommend this place to family and friends, letting them know, about the nature of waiting at urgent care places. It’s a gamble.

Have had a pinched muscle/nerve affecting me for a few days so made an appointment to get it checked out. I have a regular doctor but no appointments are available for months. Got an appointment within 2 hours and left with some good advice for follow up care and a referral for physical therapy. Office was mostly clean (I used to have a job cleaning houses so I notice absolutely everything). Staff members looked me in the face when talking to me. For the short amount of time they have available to spend with each patient, they conveyed actually caring about what was happening with my concern.

I highly recommend for anyone thinking of getting tested. From start to finish the whole process was hassle free and and very professional. I had my results very quickly and discreetly couldn't be happier with the service.

I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.

I was very surprised with my experience here. My appointment was made very quickly. I was seen in a very short period of time. My test results came back in a very timely manner. I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here. I definitely recommend using them for any issues you have or any questions you may have.

After receiving my results, I called Quest Lab Testing and discussed the results with a consultation. This consultation filled in my knowledge gaps and made me more aware of my particular situation.
