I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.

Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.

I was very surprised with my experience here. My appointment was made very quickly. I was seen in a very short period of time. My test results came back in a very timely manner. I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here. I thought it was extremely easy to book a lab test appointment with Quest. Getting the test done was simple and so was the getting the results! Great job putting together something so user friendly.

The doctor was fine and efficient. The issue was the check in process that took 20 minutes. First, the receptionist took my license an insurance card and copied them. Then, I had to do an online check in on my phone that took 15 minutes to complete. This included taking pictures of my license and insurance card, which she had already done, and then filling out numerous repetitive questions. After completing the online registration, we sat and waited nearly another ten minutes. We were the only patients in the entire office. I asked herwhat the delay was, and she said she had to finish the registration.....So a half an hour for check in. Filling out a paper form would have taken less than five minutes. I probably won't return to this Urgent Care because of that. I just went to another one in town a few weeks ago, and the check in took less than five minutes.
