I blame the company for the wait time — offering 10 appointment times in one hour is irresponsible and poor personnel management— I felt terrible for the one receptionist, the one nurse, and the one practitioner. The people were lovely but the process needs improvement.

Quick check-in process. Staff was very friendly. Had to get a deep cut checked out and glued. Whole process took about 30 minutes.

I was able to book our appointment online, complete all the necessary paperwork digitally and when we arrived we waited for less than 2 minutes before we were called back. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.
