I am from out of town and was up all night with an earache.  The staff was so helpful and worked we me to find a local pharmacy.  Provider was great.  Knowledgeable and pleasant demeanor.

I was a walk in but registering was quick and easy. There was a wheelchair on site that I used. The only downside was that I could not get an X-ray. I left there and went to an orthopedic urgent care who would not see me due to an insurance issue. I ended up at the ER on Sunday. I will not use your facility again if I think I might need a xray.  However, I was advised no X-rays available. I chose to proceed but would not have if I had known about the insurance issue.

Thank you for agreeing to monitor my hand infection while its being drained till it heals. She did a wonderful job packing the incision for me. She knew exactly what to do. Thank you again. I will see you weekly until it is cleared and healed.
