I was very surprised with my experience here. My appointment was made very quickly. I was seen in a very short period of time. My test results came back in a very timely manner. I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here. Discovered a blister on my left hand thumb and called for a 11am appointment to have it treated.  The staff at the reception area were attentive and very cordial.  The wait was short and the Nurse Practitioner was able to suggest treatment for my thumb. She was able to address my concerns and provided a dressing for my thumb and prescribed an antibiotic at my pharmacy. Urgent Care was professional and advised me on how I should care for my thumb. I would not hesitate using this Urgent Care in the future.

After receiving my results, I called Quest Lab Testing and discussed the results with a consultation. This consultation filled in my knowledge gaps and made me more aware of my particular situation.

I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.
