I've made quite a few trips to him with severe medical emergencies & he constantly turns me around & quickly. I always have very short wait times and the check-in process is straightforward. I have to go weekly for Covid testing and have never encountered any issues.

I was a walk-in customer. There were 4 persons ahead of me after I completed the registration. I waited for over an hour before I was called. I was then taken to a room where my vitals were taken and told to wait to see the doctor. After waiting for over 45 minutes, I stepped out and asked if I was forgotten. I was told to continue wait as there was only 1 doctor. After waiting for over an hour in the doctor's chair, I had to leave to attend an emergency. I advised the personel at the desk that I would soon be back. I returned about 30 minutes later and was advised that I had to re-register and wait anew. Worst urgent care I've ever had.
