Went there today for a covid test . The entire visit from the line outside to the time I left was an hour an 15 mins. The staff was friendly. The office was clean, and the facility was following the proper socal distancing measures.

While the staff was incredibly helpful and kind when I took my son in for sore throat and the visit was quick and fine, his prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy. After multiple calls, it was still never sent to the appropriate pharmacy and I ended up paying more money for his script at the wrong pharmacy. I know they’re not a primary care but why have me put a preferred pharmacy if they won’t use it and why can’t the prescription be adjusted after multiple calls? Too bad.

I’ve been to both, Scottdale and now Phoenix. Both do a great job of addressing any physical issues I’ve had. Highly recommended!!
