I went to the Urgent Care Facility on my insurance providers website and it had closed the previous September. I went to the next one one the provider’s list 8 miles away. They were not open on weekends. I went into Indigo in my town thinking I would get turned away again. Their wait was too long; but they found an opening for me at another Indigo 3 miles away. They took me in right away. I was so relieved to get my very bad cough and sinusitis addressed. They were great!

Scheduling was easy and was there early to check in but still had to wait. My visit was pretty quick. My appointment was at 3PM. I got there at 2:45 and I left at 4. Time spent with the provider was probably less than 10 minutes.

Staff very friendly! Very attentive and helpful! I appreciated that! Also, I would appreciate my prescribed script Celecoxib as asked from now on because as you well know someone needs to pay for this. Because of falls I suffered in Seattle! I appreciate everyone's concern at this time! I have been using this for years!!!!! As prescribed
