The doctor was fine and efficient. The issue was the check in process that took 20 minutes. First, the receptionist took my license an insurance card and copied them. Then, I had to do an online check in on my phone that took 15 minutes to complete. This included taking pictures of my license and insurance card, which she had already done, and then filling out numerous repetitive questions. After completing the online registration, we sat and waited nearly another ten minutes. We were the only patients in the entire office. I asked herwhat the delay was, and she said she had to finish the registration.....So a half an hour for check in. Filling out a paper form would have taken less than five minutes. I probably won't return to this Urgent Care because of that. I just went to another one in town a few weeks ago, and the check in took less than five minutes.

I Absolutely LOVED the girl who took my information! I believe her name was Andrea but I am not sure. She went out of her way to be So Caring and Understanding! I Liked her Immediately! Such a Sweetheart! The doctor was caring and understanding. There was a little bit longer wait than other urgent cares but my friend and I passed the time talking to a fella who was also waiting to be seen but overall it was a Nice Experience!

Dr. Faisal is a gem. He really cares about people and it shows. Everyone who works at this location is knowledgeable and efficient. I always leave feeling like I have been well taken care of. Thank you to Garden City Urgent Care for being there when I need you!

I needed a rapid Covid test on a Sunday for a job interview on a Monday. I was in and out with in 30 mins. Staff very professional. Met Dr Tom and welcomed him to our city! Even though I was only there for a Covid test he asked could he listen to my lungs/breathing. Impressed !

I absolutely loved this place. Everyone was genuinely nice and extremely helpful. Dr Jacob was very knowledgeable and effective. He didn’t just want to treat me. He wanted to make sure he helped me. Dr. Jacob did just that! He was able to pin point an issue I have been having. (He is awesome) Don’t take my word check it out for yourself. This place deserves every single one of these stars!
